The restricted access portal of the Website (Portal) is a service offered by SunStreet to our Solar 20/20 Plan customers, and may be accessed only by our Solar 20/20 Plan customers that we provide with a temporary password and a user name (which is an email address previously provided to us by the customer). The terms "we", "us" or "our" refer to SunStreet and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and the terms "you" and "your" refer to you, a Solar 20/20 Plan customer. Solar customers that may have purchased a solar system from SunStreet, will not have access to the Portal and its features.
Upon your initial use of the Portal you will be asked to create a permanent password and select a security question and provide the answer to the question. Please keep your user name, password and the answer to your selected security question secure. Also, please remember to log off of the Portal when you leave your computer. You are responsible for all actions that occur on the Portal with your user name and password.
The Portal is intended for use by persons who are age 18 or older. Persons under age 18 should not use or submit any information to the Portal.
